Premier Awards offer an efficient delivery service throughout Australia & worldwide to both commercial & residential addresses.

If you choose to have your order delivered we will dispatch it on time to ensure you receive the order when you need it.
Don’t worry, we’ve been doing this for years and we know you need the awards when you say you need them.

Express/Overnight Shipping is available for Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane Metro locations.

Using reliable couriers, the overnight service is available to most cities of Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Central Coast, Canberra and beyond.  For all other locations including Perth, Adelaide & Hobart, delivery is via Road Freight & takes approx. 1-7 business days depending on your location.

• All goods within the Sydney metro area are shipped via TNT overnight service with the added option of same day courier (for an additional cost) or pick up on completion of your order.
• Australia wide deliveries are sent by TNT air or road freight. For small orders, these may be shipped via Express Post.
• International deliveries are shipped via DHL express worldwide.

Adelaide – 2 Business Days
Hobart – 5-7 Business Days
Darwin – 10 Business Days

All other locations are a minimum 2-day delivery time - Rural locations can be up to 10 business days.

A flat rate of $33.00 is charged on most orders for NSW, QLD and VIC shipping that are placed online through our check out system. For NT, WA and SA shipping is $66.00 per order.

We also ship Internationally daily. Each international order is individually quoted.

Customer Pick Up

Select pick up at check out and then book your own courier when the work is ready for pick up. We do not book your courier on your behalf or take any responsibility for your couriers handling of the goods.

Returns

We do not accept returns of any type after 30 days from the initial sale. If goods are returned within 30 days from purchase. They must be in original condition with no personalisation. Any accepted returns will incur a re-stocking and administration fee. The manager reserves the right to refuse any returns after a period of 30 days has elapsed from the date of purchase.

We will not accept returns for any item that you approved and that we have custom made to your specifications. If we engrave or print something then it can not be used fro another customer or resold so we cannot accept returns of product that has been personilsed.
